Seller ros-291056  instead of delivering in orange county, california set pickup in orlando, florida.  Ebay does not protect it guest buyers as they refuse to provide the name, address, phone and email of the seller so that I can contact them regarding the wrong delivery information

If it's local pick up, you have to go to their location to pick it up.

You don't need all that to contact the seller.

Go to your purchase history and use the Contact Seller link.

If you have paid for the item, but cannot pick it up, you can get your money back.
