seller says item had free shipping but I am almost positive it wasn't

thanks for all yr help always.

I am almost positive I didn't list this item w free shipping, although the buyer is saying that it was. 

they are saying I "charged them shipping". doesn't Ebay just calculate whatever was on the listing and charge the buyer accordingly?

when I go to look back over the listing it looks I had listed a shipping charge. 

the item was listed as an auction. 

if it's an issue/mistake on my end I'll certainly refund the buyer the shipping charge. 

just scratching my head.

None of the items you sold 8n September or October show free shipping.

 I suspect that your buyer was looking at your listing through the app on a mobile phone.  There’s an old eBay glitch that’s been around for years where listings will show up as free shipping when viewed that way, even though they really do have a shipping price.
