our packages we sent to the international hub ended up getting opened and then items in packages shipped separately from the hub to the buyer and according to the buyer broken but we havent seen proof of this. so the international buyer left us 4 negative reviews. we have tried to resolve the issue with buyer and asked ebay to remove feedback, but got denied. i was under the impression that international buyers are not allowed to leave negative feedback, anyone have insight on this topic?

In the case of @edm-56 and the 4 Negative Feedback they received can you please explain how they take advantage of the EIS policy that allows the Negative FB to be removed per the eBay Help Pages - quoted here:
Benefits of eBay International Shipping
As well as making your items available to buyers in over 200 countries, there are several other benefits to using eBay International Shipping:
- When you ship internationally using eBay International Shipping, you're responsible for sending the item your buyer purchased safely to the US shipping hub. If a buyer reports that an item was lost or damaged during international shipping or it is damaged at the hub, we'll work with the buyer to resolve the issue. You're protected from:
- The obligation to refund the buyer
- eBay Money Back Guarantee cases
- Payment disputes
- Open 'Not as described' returns in your service metrics
- Negative or neutral feedback related to item handling during international shipping

Hey @mr_lincoln when it comes to these automated feedback removals, they are done in batches. So @edm-56 I would just keep an eye on your feedback page throughout the week, and if there are any remaining after Friday, I would recommend contacting our Customer Service for further review.

You stated the EIS was used. If the buyer had filed a Returns Request stating not as described, ebay would have refunded the buyer, and you would have kept the payment. Since the buyer did not file Returns, and removal of the negs were denied, I would reply to each neg that the EIS was used, that you shipped in one package but the EIS hub shipped in separate packages, which resulted in the damaged to the items.

I am waiting for Devon or Kyle to reply and since I have never had that issue that is why I looped them in on your thread and quoted policy. Trust that they can and will be removed, it could be automatic as I was advised recently that Fridays are when eBay removes less than Positive Feedback across the site that qualify. I did have a Neutral removed like that recently, it qualified for automatic removal but did not drop off until the end of the week.
Worse case you might be advised to reach out to eBay and request that they be removed per the policy provided.
Thank you for your patience, I can see where you would be livid about this.

My sincere thanks for the quick follow up Kyle! I did explain in another post that we learned automatic FB removal is often done on Fridays in groups (batches) ... I'm confident that these will be removed but we will wait for follow up from the OP ...

is there a phone number you can call to speak to someone about this?

eBay removed two of the four negative feedback reviews today after i requested all four to be removed. the other two i requested last week and since they got denied do i need to call them? they are all four from the same international buyer so they should all get removed. i would just really prefer calling and talking to a person.

@edm-56 I see you have 2 negatives still on your account. Make sure you mention the seller protections that eBay guarantees when using the eBay International Shipping Program that these are NOT normal negatives you are asking to be removed.
