sell playing game with return label

the seller has sent two messages  one  16 days ago and  the second one two days ago that he has sent a return label by snail mail 

But this is stopping me from going forward with the return. And ebay has put i time limit on this

Hi @joeber74 

You are being lied to about the return label.  You need to actually file a return claim on the item in your Purchase History within 30 days of the delivery date.  If you get pushed outside that 30 day limit by lame excuses from the Seller you will not be able to use eBay's MBG or return process.

You do NOT have to communicate with the Seller when using an official eBay return.
