i have called MILLIONS OF TIMES to speak to ebay about this! you guys NEVER answer your phones. when this first happened i called as this buyer is LYING! these airpods are AUTHENTIC, BRAND NEW, and UNOPENED (see the pictures i uploaded), but the buyer said they were used and not real. how do you input used airpods in their authentic packaging and STILL have an unopened seal. i called immediately after becausei fel feel the buyer is going to switch used airpods with MY NEW ones and send HIS OLD USED airpods back. the operator i FINALLY got a hold of told me then to wait until Friday, today is Friday, and you guys have ALREADY decided to allow this buyer to scam me!
if i have to take you guys to court i will because this is unacceptable. this is not the first time i have been scammed through Ebay. recently, i bought gold starbucks cups that never came and got a few items that didn’t come as pictured. sometimes i send stuff back, mosttimes i don’t! but you, Ebay, are allowing me to get scammed!!
