salvage title inspection, Massachusetts

I have a Cadillac that I bought at auction in Massachusetts with a salvage title.  I have completely repaired the car and it's ready for the state inspection to be titled so that I can resell it.  One of the necessary repairs was  new headlights and I purchased these from an Ebay seller.  My problem is now with the paperwork.  Mass state inspection requires that I show where all the replacement parts came from.  I have the receipt from the Ebay seller which includes the VIN number from the donor car.  But it doesn't include the seller's address, which the state requires.  They will not accept Ebay as an address.  I have tried repeatedly messaging the seller and called Ebay customer service but they were no help.  Any ideas how I can solve this problem?  I have thousands of $$ tied up in this vehicle that is road-ready, but I can't get it through the state inspection without that one piece of info on the receipt.

Do you still have the package with the sellers return address?

Otherwise, I can think of nothing else.

When did you purchase it? 

Ebay will not give out anyone's private information.

Asking the seller for their address on an old purchase would also be a violation of ebay policy.
