returns that are different than what was shipped

I have a buyer that is shipping a used pitted Scubapro quick connect fitting back. Problem is I shipped a brand new Scubapro quick connect fitting to him. What should I do?

Below is a link to your Seller protections.  If you offer Free 30 day returns you can deduct up to 50% of the original item cost, all of the Buyer's original shipping and use the Report Buyer link for abusing the return system.  The Buyer will be blocked from leaving less than positive Feedback.  I use the 30 day Free returns on everything I sell for the reasons I just mentioned.  I have only had to use the full benefits on a few occasions.

Add the Buyer to your Blocked list after you process the refund.
