returning two items that were a combined purchase

I bought two items from a seller as a "Combined Purchase". I am returning both. I clicked 'Return'. The packing slip that printed lists only one of the two items. How do I ensure that it's understood that both items are being returned?

Sadly, I am not aware that eBay ever figured out how to Combine items on a multi-item purchase on the return.  You will have to return the items separately.
