returning an item / ebay

How do you get ebay to help with disputes.  I find this whole thing as a total abortion!!!

What do you need help with?

If your trying to return a defective/not as described item, have you done this:

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

They want pictures, pictures being pictures small with no real details.  The discription is totally wrong, stated electric start, actually pull start, stated 2-cycle, actually 4-cycle. Pictures don't show these type of errors.  ebay won't accept return without pictures. I don't know how to send pictures. Too old to start now. I hate tech.

If you file your Returns Request using Not as Described as the reason, I am not aware that ebay now requires photos.  My understanding is that the seller has to accept the return and supply a prepaid return shipping label.  The seller has 3 days to do this.  If the seller does not, then you can go back to the request and click Ask ebay to step in, to have them help you.
