returned item and tracking number doesnt work

i returned an iteam from a seller who tried to sell me replicas and he would not do a return he offered me 1$ and i opened a claim and all i had to do was print the label and ship it back and i have done that. I added tracking number like it said it wont show anything on ebay its not being tracked but when I go to usps tracking number works fine, I used the return label from ebay I printed it out and tracked it and its fine but when i tried to type it in to ebay it keeps saying its not recognized its usps 9301 9205 8550 0059 7580 21. please help its the last day to provide tracking. https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?origTrackNum=9301920585500059758021

You're not the only buyer having problems with return tracking, something is not working right.

The label eBay issues is supposed to update automatically with the first USPS scan, you shouldn't have to add it or do anything.

Contact eBay asap to update the return case for you.

Scroll down to the bottom of this >> Help page on Returns
Click on "Contact us"
In the Help Chat box that opens click on "See more"until you see the
option to "Contact an agent" (may have to scroll a bit), click that
OR...type "Agent" in the reply box then hit "Send" to bypass the bots
You should get the options to Chat with agent, or have them call you.

Note: The Call Back option doesn't always work if your carrier blocks spam/telemarketing calls.
With the Chat option eBay will automatically email you a transcript.
