i cancel an order and an refunded money , but i made the mistake of sending another product, but the customer does not want to return the wrong item.

I'm afraid that there is nothing that you or eBay can do to force the buyer to return the item. Unfortunately mistakes can sometimes be costly, hope yours wasn't too costly.
