I have a return that was accepted by the seller. The link Ebay sent me goes to a page that says.
"We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again."
And has for three days now. I have no idea where to turn. When i tried to message the seller Ebay said I can't contact them directly???

Download and install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER, and specify it as the default for reading PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader. Now try opening and printing your shipping label.
