return shipping label

i ordered a part but realized i dont need it .  5 min after receving the part i requested a return label that was im sure the 3rd or 4th of october and today i still havent recieved a label  i tried calling ebay, no help. just an automated crap.  tried contacting the seller like ebay says to.  it directs me to another website
