I purchased an expensive item 4 months ago and decided it wasn't what I was looking for and decided to return it three months ago. shipping being slow with covid caused the package to take nearly two months to deliver back to the seller and in the time between they had closed my case. now ebay wont give me any suggestions and paypal said they can't do anything to help. our tracking history shows the package has been delivered and signed for.

I think the only remaining option would be to call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for a return with no refund.
