I purchased a bottle with a stopper from a seller. I noticed a few days ago that the stopper had some kind of black tape wound around the end of it. It jiggled back and forth. I contacted the seller and said I want to return the item because this wasn't mentioned in the description. A few minutes ago, I took the stopper out of the bottle and found out why the tape is wound around the end of the stopper. It is in several pieces inside the black tape. Someone has fitted the pieces back together and wound the black tape around. Is there a way I can add this to my original complaint or do I just wait until the 8th of Sept. which is the day ebay said I could enlist their help. Thank you.
