hello my seller account has been restricted I can't sell in the USA I asked ebay customer service to help me with this issue but I get the same response because my bbe rate is not high this restriction is because the ebay team says so but when I check I see that I am the best seller even ebay gave me the best seller rating and sent me a congratulatory message but the restriction does not remove this injustice I could not find an ebay support team to help me who should I get help from regards
