resending a returned package

I recently shipped an item. The package was returned to me by the USPS with the label "return to sender" because the shipping "address did not exist". It cost $17.00 to ship (which the buyer paid). When the buyer corrects their shipping address on ebay and I resend it, who & how is the shipping paid for? Is there a form I can fill out on ebay somewhere? I don't want to get negative feedback because the buyer has had to wait so long to receive the item. TIA!

@nashcan99

Cancel the transaction, the buyer will be refunded.

Then relist the item. The buyer can repurchase the item using the correct mailing address.
