Some of my customer says they don't know how to request an invoice from me to combine shipping. Others have no problem.
1) Is it correct that :Requesting an Invoice" CAN'T be done on the Ebay APP, only through the Ebay Website?
2) When "Requesting an Invoice" on the eBay website - are these directions correct?
Make sure your items are in your cart.
Click on the shopping cart in the top right hand corner.
When shopping cart opens right above the items in your cart on the top right side of the list of items you will see Request total from seller. Click that to request the total.
