report seller

I am finding an item that is exactly the same (background, pictures)  for different prices with one seller in Michigan and a different seller in Iowa. I have left messages to see what is going on but have not heard back. Should I report to Ebay? If so, How?

If the pictures do not look like stock photos, one of the sellers may have downloaded the photos from the other seller.  I have also read that photos from ebay listings can be used in other listings.  You might use the CONTACT SELLER in each listing and ask the seller.
