reopen return request

Hi, how do I reopen return request as a buyer if return request was closed by an accident? 

Cant ebay help? 

I sent two messages to seller to cancel order before it was shipped, but I didnt hear anything from seller and received an email saying it was shipped. 

I opened return request and closed it by an accident. so can ebay help to re open return request?

No, unfortunately, a return can not be reopened, and you can not open another.  Does the seller even accept returns?  Generally a seller that won't cancel a purchase doesn't accept returns.
