reissue return label

I'm a newbie.  I issued a refund before the buyer received the return label and the item shows closed.  How do I get a new label?

Your refund closed the return.

Open an account at pirateship.com. Buy the return label and print it to a jpeg file. Send the jpeg to the buyer in an eBay message.
