regarding the return processes

Shouldn't there be a policy regarding returns on vitamins and supplements? A customer of mine buys one of my products and the total price he pays is just over $100. but after receiving the order, it says that it is no longer needed and initiates the return and approves the return as per ebay policy. I haven't received the product yet and I really don't even know if the product will come. How should I go about it?

Hi @lionhopellc 

At this point you will have to wait to see what you get back from the Buyer.  If it is what you originally sent check the package and make that the tamper evident features are still in place.  For myself I would never try to resell a returned item that was intended for human consumption.

This is exactly why ebay should ban the return of such products. only have to approve the return if a damaged or different product is received. but ebay approved the refund of the product directly without asking me.. I guess there is no rule that protects the seller.
