refunding a buyer

I do not allow returns on my sells, but I made an exception for someone. I would like to know how to explain why I am not refunding the shipping?

What is the reason the buyer wants to return the item?  With a no returns policy, you can have the buyer pay the return shipping if the reason is one of the following: changed mind, didn't like it, didn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere.  If the byer states not as described, then you pay the return shipping.  When you get the item back, you refund the buyer in full.
