I had an item that I ordered and pay for not get shipped. I opened a inquiry. The seller has been non-responsive for several days. The ebay help is an infinite loop that takes me to the same "request details" page over and over with no options on how to contact ebay for a resolution. How do I contact ebay for a resolution? Thanks!

You should be able to file an "item not received" case the day after the last estimated delivery. If the seller cannot provide tracking that shows delivery in three business days, ask eBay to step in and refund you.

Thank you. That was filed already. The seller has been non-responsive for 7days. I can see no option on how to ask ebay for a refund or proceed from this point.
