refund buyer for item not in stock

It tried to do a refund on one part of an order and keep getting this message in big red letters at the top.  We ran into a problem. Please try again later.  It won't send a refund (I guess!)  Any ideas?

Have you added a credit/debit card to cover any refunds not covered by the avaliable funds?

I'm the seller.  Do I have to wait on ebay to put the funds in my account?  I believe it already is but i can check.

Until the funds are avaliable, you can't do anything with those funds.

You have to provide a funding source to pay for the refund.

When the buyers payment is avaliable, those funds will be sent to your checking account.
