redo labels

I took two packages to the PO this afternoon and I had the weight wrong.  They said I need to call ebay and have the labels redone.  I don't find a phone number to call and the assistant isn't understanding my problem.  How do I get a person on the phone????

You don't need to speak to customer service to create new labels - you can do it all online.

Void the labels you printed, then print new labels. To void a label -

1. Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab.
2. Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void.
3. Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
4. Select Void shipping label.

Thanks.  I kept searching and finally figured it out just like you said.  They are now ready to go back to the PO.   Strange thing was that I had put 1lb 1oz at first.  I changed the one to what the PO said it weighed which was 1 lb 9 oz.  The price didn't change.  The other one changed correctly.  Learn something new every day.....
