receiving a random item

I received an item from a seller I don't know and didn't order.  What do I do with it?

Is it addressed to you by name?

Are you expecting any packages from an eBay seller?

If you are expecting a package from an international location, it could be an issue. 

Some sellers in far away places will send a random item to their buyer. That proves an item was delivered and the buyer will have a hard time getting a refund. 
Some sellers in far away places send a random item to the same zip code as their buyer and that buyer will have an equally hard time getting a refund.

Yes, it is my name and address, but it's just a random item and that I didn't order from someone I don't know.
