Hi.
I sold an item and shipped insured by USPS priority mail at the beginning of January.
The tracking reads as "delivered" but the buyer says they never received the item.
After checking online and at my local post office, the package is listed as "delivered to agent".
The address itself is formatted differently than I am used, and looks like it could be a forwarding service of some kind.
Since its been well over 10 days, what should I do next?
Does the seller or buyer file and insurance claim with the post office?
