"add video" option missing from create a listing

I am making a new listing or selling similar.  The information about adding a video is present but no place to drag and drop the video.  I just have add photos option.

Where did it go?  I am accessing the create a listing through Seller Hub.

Are you using a desktop computer?  The add video option is not available if using the ebay app.

Hello, Thank you for the help. I am using a desk top computer a MAC and not the app.  I use Ebay.com which has worked with a video option up until lately.  I did try my Ipad and found I do have to use Ebay.com with that device and the video option came up. the app is not allowing me a video option with an device. 

Not sure what is going on.
