I got a message which says:
We've closed this return because we have no record that you shipped your item back to the seller.
If you sent this item back to the seller without using the label we provided, we're available to step in and help.
When I try to follow the links about eBay helping me, the click paths return to the start and do not get me any way of asking for help. I shipped with the UPS label, at the CVS location directed.
Can you advise how I can get help on this, I am out over $100.
