I'm seeing this in many auctions where the sellers are from China and Hong Kong, but the policy and meaning of the message isn't at all clear.
I keep hearing that some import fees are charged by the shipper at the USA destination - fees that can total hundreds of times the value of the item purchased (for inexpensive single items, like postage stamps). Yet this new ebay message tagged to these auctions seems to imply that these surprise import charges won't come into play - that ALL import related charges are accounted for by the seller's pricing and shipping charges.
Can anyone shed some clarifying light on this confusing situation ?
