When trying to purchase items today, I get this error message, no matter what seller I try to buy from.
"The request limit has been reached for the resource."
When speaking to the awesome auto-support chat-bot, it keeps referring to selling limits. I am trying to buy, not sell.
Any ideas?

Are you using the eBay app? If so try using a browser to make a purchase.

Thanks for reying. Does not work in browser either, but I get a different error message when clicking "Go to checkout":
"Something went wrong. Please try to check out again."
I signed out and back in again, and tried different browsers. Changed my password, just in case. Same result. Cannot make a purchase on app or in browser. (And for clarification, I buy things every week.)
