"Strong" Text HTML coding in descriptions showing up without invitations

Anyone else having ALL of the text in their descriptions "magically" becoming boldface, just new ones written this afternoon? Tuesday, Feb 25. HTML coding says "strong"--I keep deleting it and starting completely from scratch, removing all html coding, and text keeps going back to what appears to be boldface in normal view and shows coded in HTML view as "strong." I've been doing this ebay thing since 1995, and this is a new head scratcher. Is it me, or is it eBay? Thanks for reading/responding. corndogcache

@corndogcache. I haven't heard of this happening but I checked a couple of your listings and see bold and not bold mixed on one.    The bold is MUCH easier to read on my cellphone.   eBay has been working to optimize cellphone apps.

Thanks so much for your input -- that listing that you pointed out is an older one, and the coding on it is correct. It is only listings that I put up last night that are having the coding issue with "strong" appearing in the HTML that I didn't put there. May be easier to read, but most people don't read everything, so I need the bf to highlight the parts they have to read. Can't do that if the type is already bf. Regardless, I want to control the coding, and eBay has taken it over.
