I AM amazed that eBay has not TECH SUPPORT!!!
I am getting that error, despite the fact that THERE ARE NO ACTIVE BIDS or BEST OFFERS. 

 

Nowhere in the strictly channeled "Customer Support" is there a way to report the website IS NOT WORKING!!

With less than 12 hours remaining the shipping cannot be revised.
