I can not buy from ebay. I don't know why, I have chated with Ebay assistances 3 days. They answer me, and tell me that wait for 24h. But 3 times waiting 24h, my account can't pay again.
I 've tried many ways. But the system warns: "Please check your payment details or use a different payment option."
Please help!
