An item I ordered almost a month ago never arrived. I've contacted the seller, no luck. The item is lost in transit so I'm trying to get my money back. I've opened a case and I'm trying to get eBay to step in and help but I keep getting this message: "Oops, we had a technical hiccup. Please try again later or contact us for help." I've tried multiple times throughout the day... Anyone have any ideas?

How did you try to open the case? Did you go to your Purchase history, make sure the last estimated delivery has past, and then selected I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?
