"Item not as Described" Policy

I was shocked to learn today that I am being charged between 180.00 to 190.00 PER month for having 12 returns in the past 12 months!!! I am a 16 year seller, 100% Feedback and especially careful about anything and everything that gets sent from our shop. As I understand it 12 people ( in 850 plus sales for the 12 month /annual term) hit the button "item not as described" and because of that im paying the outrageous amount of 180.00 to 190.00 EACH month for that. Is there anyone out there who this is also happening too? I am truly floored.

Everyone is measured continually on NAD returns and items not received. You are measured against sellers who sell similar items to yours, not based on the absolute number.
