ebay has nothing to do with motor vehicles found on another website.  ebay does
not have a warehouse, does not ship to you for free to inspect and then ship it back if you
don't like it. ebay does not accept ebay gift cards in payment for a motor vehicle.

If you don't find the motor vehicle listed ON ebay, with a 12 digit item number, that you either bid on or
use the BUY IT NOW, the transaction is a SCAM.  Stop communicating with the scammer. 
Report that "listing" to the website it is listed on.

I wonder why they always pick on Offutt.  Edwards is a perfectly good Air Force base to lie about.
