I recently sold a pair of used Nike Air Jordans. Shoes were in very good condition being made in 2007. After they were shipped, buyer asked if could be refunded as was fraud purchase on debit card. Let know that shoes have already shipped so cannot issue refund. Once received, the buyer marked the jumpman on the shoe was defective (which was not true). I then filled a fraud claim with Ebay but since buyer marked shoes were defective, Ebay said needed to be refunded. Sent shipped label on 5/29 to buyer but buyer did not send ship back until 6/14. It is clear that shoes have been worn several times and are not in same condition as they were sold. Also shoes were sent back not in shipping box, just with shoe box tapped. I have reopened a claim stating that item has been damaged. I will not be able to sell the shoes for a fraction of what they were sold for. Not sure what else I can do at this point. Any input would be appreciated.
