Buyer claims the item, a very thick Dooney and Bourke wallets arrived with a dent in it because it was "stuffed" into a box that was too small. I measured the box and it was bigger than the dimensions of the wallet. I also put it in a ziplock bag to prevent any type of water damage that may have occurred in shipping and packed any spacing with a paper cushioned packing material.  The buyer said they stuffed tissue into the wallet to try and undent it but they will return if it does not work. I asked the buyer to just submit for a return now as I don't want them messing with the item and ruining it further. Will Ebay always rule in favor of the buyer in the case of a return and if they try to "fix" the item do I have anything to stand on since they said in writing they are trying to "fix" the damage before returning? ... I have an ebay seller listing misattributed to my active items.  I removed the listing under the 12 hrs. + provision.  I also reported to ebay fraud and changed pword.  The ebay phonemonkeys and jerkbots choose to be unresponsive.  I believe I am being charged $12.17 (unitemized) for this cockup to be deducted from my account.  I have looked at my ebay accessible bank account and see no record of withdrawal to date.  Is there a sentient human agency at ebay capable of reviewing and resolving to MY satisfaction?  How can I contact this person by phone?       ... How do I get a supervisor or someone who actually can resolve a problem besides the people in customer service in India is there a phone number or an address where I can get help? Yes, I need to leave feedback for some items and I have been trying for 2 days to pull up purchases to leave feedback.  This has been going on now for months and I have to keep clicking on purchases dozens of times before it will come up but,  now I cannot get my purchases to come up It keeps saying "SORRY WE COULD NOT COMPLETE YOUR REQUEST. I cannot seem to contact an Ebay customer service rep directly.  I returned leaked/empty mini bottles I received back to a to a perfume supplier.  I believe that I and the seller have both asked eBay to step in, and I'm noticing in the trail of communications, there is a line of record that says that I "declined a partial refund." (?)  This is incorrect. I was never offered a partial refund or any refund from the seller. How do I get that detail corrected, asap?     I've not returned anything before and it seems like this seller is mounting some series of false details, so I don't want to let that go.    This purchase is problems upon problems (when I was initially quite flexible about the empty bottles, in my opinion.) I offered the seller--in a friendly gesture-- to send replacements or to refund and their response was vile and rude, which leads me to believe this is how they do business. Possibly fraudulent business.  A second problem: Since the price listed was twice as much as I remembered paying. (Which admittedly could be my error, but my first response communication even mentioned a $30 price for empty bottles instead of $60! )  Now,  I have resigned myself to even more time-wasting to rectify the situation.    Is there a way to shortcut to getting ALL of the details recorded without more back and forth with an unethical seller? ... I recently made a purchase and a couple days there was no contact or updates from the seller. I contacted eBay to start a cancellation/return due to lack of movement or response from the seller when I saw on my order info “item out of stock”. My payment had been accepted but there was no guaranty or proof I would receive what I purchased.   The seller finally responded telling me the item had shipped and requested for me to close out the return request. I thought about it but I got an alert from eBay that if I close the return I cannot return later. I left it open.  after two days there has been zero movement in the shipping process, and the seller has once again asked me to close out the return.   I am not entirely confident with this seller and I don’t believe them honest. I am set to “receive” my order on the 23rd but I have a feeling that what I receive will not match what was purchased (fake or bad condition).   im not sure what to do, I don’t want to be “that buyer” but I also don’t want to be cheated out.      I'm finding it impossible to find any details on the motors in this "Switch" quadcopter.  It needs at least 2 motors, and likely some gears replaced. I want to get it running again so I can give it to a neighbor kid.  Several weeks ago after many searches, I came across a Youtube about it. The "tuber" guy stated that the Switch quad was a copy of the Syma X5UW.  Not only that he said the Switch brand model number was the same as Syma's, "X5UW".  I believed him on both points, even though nowhere on the user guide, or anywhere else was a model number.      Thinking I was onto something, I began searching all I could find about the Syma X5UW figuring I'd be able to order those parts, and they'd fit.  Meanwhile I got around to opening up the Switch to check out it's motors, etc.  Good move, because the Syma motors and gears are not a match!  Syma's motors are 20 x 7 mm, while the Switch motors are 16 x 7 mm.       I've found loads of 16 x 7mm motors out there, but the more I learn about them the less confident I am to order any.  No clue on the kV or RPM specs of the originals, so I thought it best to replace all four with matching motors.  But I wouldn't want to get ones that require more current to run efficiently, nor ones that are too far off on the RPMs.      Tuns out I've had the match for them right under my nose. But I don't care to disable the HJHRC, in the images below.   I've got 2 of these mystery model HJHRCs sitting around, and you'll see in the pics that the motor housing and props are* an exact match to the Switch. The dimensions are the same, also. So in the end, only the flattened center body is similar to Syma's X5UW, while everything at the end of each arm IS a match for these HJHRC's.        Did HJHRC become JJRC?  I've had the same problem with the HJHRC's as with the Switch.  I found 1 or 2 Youtubes on the HJ's, but no mention of a model number, and no tech talk about it's components.  Ideally there'd be somewhere in the US to find the parts, but that's probably asking too much.       Anyone familiar with this Switch quad and it's motors?   "HJHRC and Switch" side-by-side   Motor housings compared   ... Hi guys I was over charged for an item and partially refunded as a result. After waiting for the estimated delivery date I have doubts that an item will ever arrive. I can't track the item as no information populates under the tab. I can't ask for a refund from ebay because a case was already opened and can't add any additional information about the item to the first case. The seller is also not reachable when I try contacting them directly. I don't see a clear path to contact eBay directly from the oprion tab in the help menu.
