purchasing data from TracFone

I just ordered a data card directly from TracFone thru ebay.  The info on the listing said an email would be sent to me to be able to load the card.  The email came, from it I was directed to a website that asked for the ebay order number.  I entered the number, a check mark popped up, so I hit the continue button.  That was 15 minutes ago, nothing is happening.

I attempted to contact TracFone thru ebay, but the message won't send.  Any suggestions?

@ifixcopcars   If the data doesn't load then you will need to file a refund request one business day after the last estimated delivery date stated in your purchase history.

 Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history.  You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.

4 business days after you file the refund request ask ebay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.  If you do not ask ebay to step in and help then the case closes after 21 days and you lose.
