problems with paypal

Called paypal on Monday to find out why I couldn't transfer funds to my bank???Seems that paypal decided to put a hold on my account and never said a word about it. Will not tell me what the issue is......will not tell me WHO I can talk to....will not tell me when the hold will be released...........WHAT????

Have others been experiencing the same that have found solutions????thanks

You have very recent sales, and Ebay will put a hold on your Paypal payments until they can confirm delivery of your sold items.

Generally, the funds will be released from the hold either:

• Within 24 hours after Ebay confirms the order was delivered, if you pay for shipping and print shipping label through Ebay.
• Within 24 hours after Ebay confirms the order was delivered, if you ship directly using USPS, UPS or FedEx and manually enter the tracking number to My eBay
• Seven days after the estimated delivery date, if you marked the item as shipped in My eBay
• 21 days after the buyer pays if you don't provide tracking information, mark the item as shipped, or the estimated delivery date can't be calculated
