this is my very first sale. Says I have the item sold, says the amount on my dashboard, I cant print or finish making a shipping label. It still says im waiting for payment from the buyer, how if I have the amount on my dashboard? I spoke with eBay and they stated because the buyer hasnt paid and hasnt set an address for receiving. Why is the amount on my dashboard then if the buyer hasnt paid? I am now being charged $17 for something. I cant get any straight answers to all that. help please

ebay keeps tracks of your total sales.  Is that what you are calling your Dashboard?

When the buyer pays, you will see it in

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment

Since the buyer hasn't yet paid, you will most likely see it here:

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting payment
