problem with ability to contact ebay

I bought an item and it looks nothing like what was pictured when I bought it. I requested a refund. They offered 50% refund. I told them I would not have bought the item had I known what it looked like and wanted a full refund.  They responded that they would refund soon. It has been 4 days (since that email and well over that since I made the request) but no matter what I click I cannot figure out how to get in touch with ebay (despite hours of trying and asking others to help as well). Can anyone help me figure this out?

@mbridgetrr  Sorry your item is not as described.   No need to talk to the seller.  File an official return request.  

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
