private feedback error when public

I am getting a listing error saying, "You cannot list an item because you have a private Feedback Profile. Please make your Feedback Profile public", but my feedback is already public

Sounds like a temporary glitch, which happens on Thursdays, as that is the day ebay does maintenance on the program.  Try again later.
