printing return shipping label

I received the notification yesterday from Ebay to print label and return product to seller.  when i click print label, there is not a label to print, it only shows the refund summary.  the seller says that Ebay has already sent it to me and has already paid for it.  how do you view the label?  i have already followed the instructions on how to print label, again it only shows refund summary.  I can't find a label attached.

@bode_2231  Did the seller already send a refund?  If so then you can't print a return label from the request.   They will have to send one as a JPEG in eBay messages.  

If they have NOT refunded you yet then try the blue button on this page to print a return label>

Call eBay Customer Service. They can resend the label.

Select the "Chat with us" option and answer the questions until you're able to request an eBay Agent. If the option to "Have us call you" is available, you can use that option.

If you have trouble connecting with an eBay agent, or getting a call back, try again later. These options are not available 24/7. You will have better results trying to contact eBay > Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 9:30 pm Pacific Time.
