Are you trying to use a 4 x 6 label printer instead of a printer that prints on 8-1/2 x 11 paper?
The next time you print labels, and you are on the REVIEW & PAY screen, look on the right side for Change Paper Size just above CONFIRM & PAY. The choices are
letter 2 per page
4 x 6
2 x 7
Select the size you need, then click Save.
