You are in the wrong place to list in GBP. This is ebay.com, the primarily US site, where any listing you set up will be in USD (and will have "domestic shipping" to the US, NOT to the UK).
You need to make sure you are on ebay.co.uk (check the address bar of your browser) to list in GBP with domestic shipping to the UK.
