if for some reason the shipping label and postage you thought was right were off will you be charged for the extra postage and the package still be delivered or will the seller have to go to the post office and pay the extra postage to get the pckage?

If you purchased your label through eBay, it should b caught at the sorting hub and you should be charged for the underpayment with the package going directly to the buyer.
