picture needed for return

I took a picture on my phone, i don't know what to do next. Please advise

@danpol-222   The photo needs to be jpg and not heic that is the default setting for iPhones.  You can go to settings on your phone and select most compatible then it will be taken in jpg.  

Next you click on the add photo icon in the return request and add the picture.   If you are not able to do this then you will need to contact eBay customer service for assistance.
